Every year the Berkeley Police Association donates money and time to benefit numerous charities, groups and organizations in Berkeley and throughout Alameda County.

"Martial Arts Training & Scholarship (MATS) is a non-profit organization that was established in Berkeley, California in 2013. MATS’ mission is to support athletes in need of financial support by providing them with grants to assist with training and competing in the Martial Arts."

OGHOfficers' Give Hope (OGH)

"Officers Give Hope is a multi-agency law enforcement effort dedicated to hosting marrow donor drives in the hopes of finding a match for those patients awaiting a life-saving transplant. Officers Give Hope has located donors for patients throughout the United States suffering from leukemia and other blood diseases. Those who have participated in the donation process have described it as an incredible experience." - Officers' Give Hope
